Shipping policy

Shipping destinations. We ship to all 27 countries of the European Union.

Shipping rates. Free shipping on every order, to every EU country, with no minimum order value.

Where we ship from. We work with a global network of fulfilment partners. Depending on the item and current stock, your order may be dispatched from inside or outside the European Union. The exact dispatch origin for each product is shown on its product page.

Estimated delivery times. Delivery times vary by product because each product ships from a different fulfilment partner. The estimated delivery window for each product is shown on its product page. As a general guide, most orders are delivered within 7–20 business days from dispatch.

Order processing. Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Customs duties and import VAT. For orders dispatched from outside the European Union, customs duties and / or import VAT may apply at delivery, in accordance with the local laws of the destination country. Where these apply, they are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected by the carrier at delivery. For orders dispatched from within the European Union, no customs duties or import VAT apply. We will note the dispatch origin on each product page so that you know what to expect before placing your order.

Lost or delayed parcels. If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery window plus 5 business days, email us at info@tres-vera.com and we will open a carrier investigation on your behalf.
