YOUR STATUTORY GUARANTEE

When you buy from us, you buy a product that must do what we promise, and must keep doing so. That is not a favour from us, it is your right. Below you will find exactly what that means, in plain words.

01  ·  THE LAW

What the law gives you

Throughout the European Union you are entitled to a product that meets what you were entitled to expect of it. If something goes wrong within that period that is not your fault, you are entitled to repair or replacement, and if that is not possible, to your money back. That period differs per country:

  • The Netherlands and Belgium: at least two years.
  • Spain: three years.

In the Netherlands, you may also expect a product to last as long as is reasonable for that type of product. A device made to last for years should indeed last for years.

02  ·  COVERED

What is covered

  • A device that does not work, or does not work properly, without you having done anything wrong with it.
  • A finish that comes loose, discolours or becomes damaged with normal use.
  • A product that does not match what we have written about it.

03  ·  NOT COVERED

What is not covered

  • Damage from drops, knocks or using it for something it was not made for.
  • Scratches and wear that come with daily use of polished metal.
  • Damage caused by the device having been opened or modified.

04  ·  REPORTING

How to report it

Send an email to info@tres-vera.com with your order number, a short description and, if possible, a photo. You will get a reply from one of us within 48 hours, not from a script. We will sort it out together with you and tell you what the next step is. The costs of repair or replacement under the statutory guarantee are on us.

05  ·  CHANGE OF MIND

This is separate from your time to change your mind

In addition, you have fourteen days after receipt to change your mind, without having to give a reason. That is the statutory right of withdrawal and it applies throughout the EU. You can read how it works in our returns policy.

06  ·  WHO WE ARE

Who you are dealing with

The seller is Alta & Co. B.V., trading as Tres Vera, Eiteren 126, 3401 PV IJsselstein, the Netherlands. Chamber of Commerce (KvK) 42168248, VAT NL870013622B01. You come to us, not to the manufacturer.
