When will I get Zyra?+
Zyra arrives on 1 December. You can pre-order from 23 October, and every order is shipped from 1 December. In the Netherlands and Belgium you usually have it 1 to 2 working days later, in Spain 3 to 6 working days. If the date moves, we email you straight away. If you would rather not wait any longer, you cancel at no cost and get your money back in full.
What is Zyra?+
Zyra by Tres Vera is a microcurrent device for face and eye contour, shaped like a gua sha, that runs on light: no battery, no cable. Five minutes a day. Zyra costs €109.95 and ships from 1 December.
How does microcurrent work?+
Microcurrent is a very weak electric current, measured in microamperes, or millionths of an ampere. The current runs through the polished metal and passes through the glide layer on your skin while you follow the lines of your face. It is so weak that most people barely feel it. EMS devices, which make muscles visibly contract, work with a much stronger current. Microcurrent does not do that.
Is Zyra a gua sha?+
Zyra has the shape of a gua sha, but it is a microcurrent device: the metal releases a very weak current powered by light. A stone gua sha does not.
Do I need to charge Zyra?+
No, and it cannot be: there is no battery inside. The narrow solar strip beneath the round head converts light straight into current. Daylight and sunlight work best, lamplight slightly less. As soon as light falls on it, it works. After use it simply goes back in its box.
How long do I use it each day?+
Five to ten minutes is enough. Every day, at whatever moment suits you. Ideally, use it in good daylight: the solar strip draws its power from the light falling on it at that moment, so the better the light, the more consistently it works.
Can I use Zyra around my eyes?+
Yes, that is what the round head is made for. Let it glide beneath and beside your eye, from the inner corner towards your temple, with a light hand. Never on the eyelid or in the eye itself. The skin around the eye is the thinnest on your face, so work more gently there than on your jaw or cheek.
What do I apply to my skin?+
A water-based layer: The Peptide Glide, our own serum, or otherwise a serum or cream you already use. Water conducts, so that layer makes sure the current really reaches your skin instead of being held back. Oil does the opposite and insulates, so leave it out. The Peptide Glide is coming soon.
Who should not use Zyra?+
Not with a pacemaker or metal implant, epilepsy, pregnancy, damaged or irritated skin, or shortly after a cosmetic procedure. If in doubt, ask your doctor.
How quickly will I receive my order?+
We pack your order in the Netherlands and hand it to the carrier on a working day, the same or the next working day. In the Netherlands and Belgium it usually reaches you in 1 to 2 working days, in Spain in 3 to 6 working days. As soon as your parcel leaves, you receive a tracking link so you can follow where it is yourself. If something does not go as expected, let us know and we will look into it for you. Can I return it?+
Yes. You have fourteen days to change your mind from the moment you receive your order, and that is your statutory right of withdrawal throughout the EU. You do not need to give us a reason. Just send us a message and we will explain exactly how to return it, and keep it short. If Zyra turns out not to suit you, we find that a pity but not a problem: we would rather have an honest return than a device lying unused in a drawer. What guarantee do I get?+
You have the statutory guarantee, which is at least two years in the Netherlands and Belgium and three years in Spain. It simply applies, with no registration and no extra conditions from us. If something goes wrong with the device itself within that time, get in touch with your order number and a short description of what you see. We will put it right: a repair, a replacement or your money back, whichever suits your case best.
