Welcome to TresVera. "We", "us" and "our" refer to Pacurro, trading as TresVera (KvK 51447592, registered at Eiteren 126, 3401 PV IJsselstein, the Netherlands), which operates this online store and tres-vera.com (the "Services"). TresVera is powered by Shopify.

By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

Access and account

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country of residence. To browse or purchase, you may be asked for your email, billing, payment and shipping details. You're responsible for the accuracy of that information and for keeping your account secure.

Products and descriptions

We describe our products as accurately as we can, but minor variations in colour, finish and dimension are part of the work, because each Gua Sha tool is finished by hand. Descriptions may change without notice, and we may discontinue any product at any time.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion. Your order is accepted once we send an order confirmation email; we may not be able to cancel an order after that point.

Prices and billing

Prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. The price charged is the price shown at order confirmation. Shipping within the EU is free. For orders dispatched from outside the European Union, customs duties and/or import VAT may apply on delivery and are the recipient's responsibility, so please see our Shipping Policy. You confirm that any payment details you provide are accurate and authorised for use.

Shipping and delivery

Delivery times vary by product and are shown on each product page as estimates only. We're not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you once the carrier delivers to the address you provided.

Returns and EU cooling-off

Returns and refunds are explained in our Refund Policy. This includes your statutory 14-day EU right of withdrawal for online purchases, which you can exercise either electronically through the cancellation option on your order status page or account, or by contacting us directly.

Certain facial beauty tools are supplied in individual protective hygiene packaging, such as a sealed bag, protective film, tamper-evident sticker, or other hygiene seal placed around the product or its inner packaging.

For health protection and hygiene reasons, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply once this individual hygiene seal has been removed, opened, broken, or tampered with after delivery. This is because the product is intended for direct contact with the face or skin and, once unsealed, can no longer be verified as unused, uncontaminated, and hygienically suitable for resale as a new product.

Opening the outer postal box or delivery packaging does not affect your right of withdrawal. The exception only applies when the individual hygiene seal protecting the product itself, or its inner hygiene packaging, has been removed, opened, broken, or tampered with.

This exception only applies if the product was delivered with the individual hygiene seal intact and the hygiene-seal condition was clearly communicated before purchase.

This does not affect your statutory rights if the product you received is faulty, damaged, incomplete, unsafe, or not as described. In those cases, we will handle the issue under the applicable consumer guarantee rules.

Intellectual property

All trademarks, brand assets, text, photography, illustration and the design of this website belong to Pacurro / TresVera or its licensors. You may use the Services for your own personal, non-commercial use only.

Third-party links

The Services may link to third-party websites. We aren't responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of those sites.

Relationship with Shopify

The Services are hosted by Shopify. Any purchase you make is made directly with TresVera; Shopify is not a party to the sale.

Privacy

All personal information we process through the Services is handled under our Privacy Policy.

Prohibited uses

You may not use the Services for any unlawful purpose, to infringe others' rights, to transmit malware, to scrape or extract data without permission, or to bypass any security or access control.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Services and all products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. This doesn't affect your statutory rights as an EU consumer.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or connected to any order won't exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any liability that can't be excluded under EU consumer law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any dispute is resolved by the competent Dutch courts, without prejudice to your right as a consumer to bring proceedings in your own country of residence.

Online dispute resolution

If we can't resolve a complaint directly, EU consumers can turn to their national consumer dispute-resolution body. The European Commission keeps an updated directory of these bodies at consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu. The Commission's former Online Dispute Resolution platform closed permanently in July 2025 and no longer accepts cases.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page; material changes take effect on the date given in the notice.
